My Approach
“Holistic” is arguably an overused word in the nutrition space today, but my method encompasses the whole person through interdisciplinary methods, including but not limited to habit coaching, lifestyle change, Ayurveda, orthomolecular medicine, functional medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, traditional naturopathy, bioregulatory medicine, herbalism, and mindset work.
As an integrative health practitioner, I delve beyond surface symptoms to uncover the root causes driving your health challenges. Symptoms are merely signals from your body, indicating an underlying imbalance. You might think that some of what you are experiencing is normal, but it isn’t. Just because it’s common doesn’t mean it’s normal. The body is designed to thrive when we nourish it with the right things, and take away the things that are causing problems.
My approach centers on addressing the whole person, considering various factors that impact your overall well-being. Together, we explore the intricate interplay of diet, exercise, stress, toxins, rest, emotional health, supplements, and cultivating a success mindset. By addressing these elements comprehensively, we work collaboratively to restore harmony and vitality to every aspect of your life. Rather than simply masking symptoms, our goal is to empower you with the tools and knowledge needed to achieve lasting health and wellness by finding what is at the root and building from there. It's about nurturing your body, mind, and spirit to support your journey towards whole health and vitality.
I created Connected Habits Coaching because I believe our habits are the foundation of everything. The choices we repeatedly make become our habits, and our habits become our lifestyle. When we start to make healthy choices, those turn into habits, and we benefit from the healthy lifestyle we build over time in a sustainable way.
